From request for quotes to order shipment to accounting, your orders are tracked for completeness and accuracy. We use job shop specific software integrating estimating, shop floor routing, job costing, and accounting to insure every order is completed on time, in conformance, and within budget.

We use a DNC (Direct Numerical Control) Network to linkthe shop floor machine tools and CAD/CAM workstations. We use GibbsCAM for programming our machines. GibbsCAM provides fully integrated manufacturing modeling capabilities that include 2D, 2.5D, 3D wireframe, surface, and solid modeling. GibbsCAM is certified under the Autodesk Certified Application Program, is a Solid Edge Certified Selected Product, an is a SolidWorks Certified CAM Product.                                               

DNC software links the machine tools to the CADCAM.                           

Shop floor software links your orders to our shop orders.

CADCAM software links your part drawings to our machine tools.
