Davan Manufacturing recently saw the evolution in machining technology firsthand as three new machines were rolled into the shop. The Daewoo DVC4000 is a High-Performance horizontal machining center with unbelievable speed and precision. The Mori Seiki NL3000y/700 is a mill/turn center that has the ability to do large and complex parts with its full C full C axis & Y axis (off-centering) capability. A Daewoo 240MSC was also added to the arsenal fully equipped with its 3.0"Ø bar feed, 11"Ø x 20" capacity, the ability to front & back op parts, and a full c axis with a subspindle when duty calls. The arrival of these new and innovative machines assure that the quality will continue and part complexity will be a headache of the past.
